Human can live without food for a week or two, now we have to take into account the physical and mental condition of each human and of course to have water, now there are cases that have withstood 40 days but are rare, you can look but as I said there are rare cases that last more than 2 weeks. After 1 day or 2 depending on the person if you do not have water you will die
